  How to buy diesel generator set?

     1. Appearance requirements:

(1) The limit size, installation size and connection size of the diesel generator set are in accordance with the factory drawings approved by the prescribed procedures;

(2) The welding of the unit shall be firm, the welding seam shall be uniform, and there shall be no defects such as welding penetration, undercut, slag inclusion and porosity, and the welding slag and welding flux shall be removed. The paint film shall be uniform without obvious cracks and falling off; The coating shall be smooth without leakage plating spots, rust and other phenomena; The fasteners of the unit shall not be loose;

(3) The electrical installation of the diesel generator should conform to the circuit diagram, and the wire connections of the unit should have obvious signs that are not easy to fall off;

(4) The diesel generator shall have a well-grounded terminal;

(5) The signage of the diesel generator shall be complete;

     2. Insulation resistance and insulation strength should pay attention:

(1) Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance of each independent electrical circuit to ground and between circuits should be greater than 2M

(2) Insulation strength: Each independent electrical circuit of the unit shall be able to withstand the AC test voltage for 1min to the ground and between the circuits, and there shall be no breakdown or flicker.

     3. Phase sequence requirements: The phase sequence of the terminal of the diesel generator set control screen should be sorted from left to right or from top to bottom from the front of the control screen.

  4. Requirements for diesel generator to maintain ready operation state: The unit shall be equipped with a heating device to ensure that the oil temperature and cooling medium temperature during emergency start-up and rapid loading are not lower than 15 ℃.

  5. Reliability check of automatic start power supply and automatic shutdown:

(1) After receiving the start command of automatic control or remote control, diesel power generation should be able to start automatically.

(2) When the unit fails for the third time after automatic startup, a startup failure signal shall be issued; when a standby unit is provided, the program startup system shall automatically transmit the startup instruction to another standby unit.

(3) The time from the automatic start command to the power supply to the load should not exceed 3min

(4) After the diesel generator is automatically started successfully, the first loading shall not be less than 50% of the nominal load.

(5) After receiving the shutdown instruction of automatic control or remote control, the unit shall be able to stop automatically; For the standby unit used with the commercial power grid, when the power grid returns to normal, the diesel generator shall be able to switch or stop automatically, and the shutdown delay time of the shutdown mode shall meet the requirements of the product technical conditions.

  6. Automatic start success rate. Automatic start success rate is not less than 99%.

  7. No-load voltage setting range requirements. The no-load voltage setting range of the unit shall not be less than 95%-105 of the calibration voltage.

  8. Functional requirements for automatic replenishment. The unit shall be capable of automatically charging the starting battery.

  9. Requirements for automatic protection function. The unit shall be protected against phase loss, short circuit (no more than 250KW), overcurrent (no more than 250KW), overspeed, high water temperature and low oil pressure.

  10. Sinusoidal distortion rate of line voltage waveform. Under the no-load calibration voltage and calibration frequency, the sinusoidal distortion rate of the line voltage waveform is less than 5%.

  11. Voltage deviation under three-phase asymmetric load: Diesel generator set under 25% three-phase symmetrical load, plus 25% resistive load of nominal phase power in any phase, the unit shall be able to work normally, with the maximum or minimum line voltage and 5% of the average value of the three-line voltage.
