02/OUR HISTORY
From generator manufacturingto broader project support
2014 / THE TEAM BEGINS
The team starts in generator manufacturing, building experience in production and assembly.
EXPANDING OUR WORK
Alongside standard generator sets, we develop equipment configurations and supporting systems to meet project requirements.
TODAY
We connect customer requirements, engineering, production and testing to support distributors and project buyers.

03/HOW WE WORK
From confirming requirementsto production and factory testing
CONFIRM HOW THE SET WILL BE USED
- Equipment use
- Site conditions
- Applicable local requirements

The customer explains the application and site requirements. Sales and engineering confirm the configuration, production builds to it, and testing checks the set against the agreed requirements. If the configuration needs to change, we review the impact with the customer before proceeding.
BUILD AND CHECK THE AGREED CONFIGURATION
- Configuration checks
- Assembly inspections
- Testing and delivery documents

SALES: CLARIFY THE REQUIREMENTS
Confirm equipment use, project location and purchasing requirements. Gather the information needed for selection and pass technical questions to engineering for review.
ENGINEERING: CONFIRM THE CONFIGURATION
Review the load and site conditions, check the configuration, and define interfaces and supporting equipment. Prepare technical information for customer approval and production.
PRODUCTION AND QUALITY: BUILD AND CHECK
Assemble to the confirmed configuration, check key components, carry out the relevant inspections and tests, and prepare the delivery documents.
04/PUTTING CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS INTO PRACTICE
Turn operating requirementsinto equipment and delivery details
Installation conditions, operating practices and transport requirements vary by project. We review these differences when confirming the configuration, identifying equipment changes, additional documents and delivery arrangements that need attention. Customer feedback also helps us check later projects for similar issues.
UNDERSTAND THE PROJECT FIRST
Confirm equipment use, installation conditions and customer requirements before discussing the configuration.
AGREE WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE
Apply the confirmed requirements to equipment configuration, technical documents and delivery arrangements.
CHECK LATER PROJECTS FOR SIMILAR ISSUES
Keep a record of issues and how they were handled, so teams can refer to it on later projects.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS NEED TO SHOW UP IN THE CONFIGURATION AND DELIVERY DETAILS.
