These terms govern use of https://www.seerpower.com and its text, images, technical summaries, downloads and other website materials. “SEER POWER”, “we” and “us” refer to Fujian Seer Power Equipment Co., Ltd.. Its business contact address is No. 85 Huanghe, Xibing Village, Xibing Town, Fu’an, Fujian Province, China.

A written quotation, order acknowledgement, dealer agreement or other signed document may set different terms for a specific transaction. That document controls the transaction if it conflicts with these website terms.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you use the website for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website content is not a guaranteed specification, certificate, warranty, offer or engineering approval. The final generator set, components, rating, controls, enclosure, accessories, documentation, testing scope and delivery requirements must be confirmed in the applicable written quotation, technical submission, order acknowledgement or signed agreement.

Do not rely on a website summary as a substitute for the final technical data sheet, approved drawing, installation instruction, operating manual, maintenance instruction or advice from a qualified professional.

Generator selection and installation depend on the actual load, motor-starting demand, duty, redundancy, ambient conditions, altitude, ventilation, fuel system, electrical distribution, transfer arrangement, local code and maintenance plan.

The buyer, owner, designer, installer and operator remain responsible, as applicable to their roles and the governing contract, for using qualified personnel, confirming site requirements, following final product documentation and complying with applicable safety and technical rules. Website information does not alter those responsibilities.

Sending an inquiry, project requirement or dealer application asks us to review it. Submission or an automatic acknowledgement does not create an order, reservation, agency, distributorship, exclusive right, warranty or service commitment.
