About this policy
This policy explains how Fujian Seer Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (SEER POWER) handles personal information when you use https://www.seerpower.com, send a project inquiry, apply through the Dealer Center or contact us about a business relationship.
Our business contact address is No. 85 Huanghe, Xibing Village, Xibing Town, Fu’an, Fujian Province, China. For privacy requests, write to partners@seerpower.com.
This policy does not cover websites or services operated independently by other organizations.

Information we collect
Information you provide
We may receive information that you enter into a form, include in an email, provide during a call, or send in an attachment. Depending on the purpose of the contact, this may include:
- your name, job title, company, country or region;
- business contact details such as an email address and telephone number;
- project information, including the application, required power output, duty, voltage, frequency, site conditions, destination and requested delivery timing;
- dealer application information, such as market coverage, business experience, product interests and a proposed business relationship;
- messages, files and other information that you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, servers and approved website tools may record an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, access time, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, security events, and cookie or consent preferences.
Information from business sources
Where permitted by law, we may receive business contact information from a colleague, dealer, referral partner, trade event, public business directory, company website or service provider. We use that information only for a relevant business purpose and subject to applicable notice and choice requirements.
03
How we use information
We use information to:
- answer project inquiries and prepare technical or commercial responses;
- review and respond to dealer applications;
- manage related correspondence and business records;
- operate and protect the website, including investigating misuse or security incidents;
- comply with applicable legal and accounting duties.
If you accept optional analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits and interactions. The “Cookies and website tools” section explains your choice. Dealer application details are used to assess and answer the application, not to send marketing email.
04
Legal bases for processing
The legal basis depends on the purpose and the law that applies. It may include steps requested before a contract, performance of an accepted agreement, legitimate interests in answering business requests and protecting the site, consent for an optional activity where required, or a legal obligation.
05
Processing overview
The table summarizes the main website activities. A separate commercial agreement or legal duty may require a different record to be kept for longer.
| Activity | Information and purpose | Retention approach |
|---|---|---|
| Website access and security | Technical logs and device information used to deliver and protect the site. | Kept only as needed for security, operation and applicable legal duties. |
| Project inquiry or quotation | Business contact and project details used to respond and prepare a technical or commercial next step. | Non-contract inquiries are manually reviewed when they close and no later than 12 months after the last substantive exchange; information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. |
| Dealer application | Applicant and company details used to assess and answer a proposed dealer relationship. | Private Dealer Center application records become eligible for scheduled cleanup after 730 days from submission. The daily process deletes eligible records in batches. |

Cookies and website tools
Necessary cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate and protect this website.
We offer optional Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-MJ4N1R0KJV, to measure page visits and interactions. Google Analytics does not start before you accept it. If you reject, it remains off. If you accept, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_MJ4N1R0KJV cookies and receive page and interaction events.
We store your choice in a first-party preference cookie for up to 180 days. You may change it through “Analytics settings” on any page. Withdrawal removes those two first-party analytics cookies from this browser and reloads the page with Google Analytics off; it cannot undo data already sent. Submitting a Dealer Center application is separate from this analytics choice. Applications are stored in the private WordPress administration area for review and response.
07
How we share information
We share personal information only when relevant to the request or required by law. Recipients may include:
- staff who handle inquiries, dealer applications or site operations;
- hosting, email, form and security providers that support the website;
- a dealer or service partner when sharing is needed to respond to your request;
- professional advisers or public authorities where a legal duty or claim requires it.
We limit the information shared to the relevant purpose and apply any notice or safeguards required by law.
08
International transfers
People outside China may send information to SEER POWER in China. Information may also be handled by website or communications providers in their operating locations when needed to deliver the service.
Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard or additional notice, we will use the required mechanism. Ask partners@seerpower.com if you need information about a transfer connected with your request.
09
How long we keep information
Private Dealer Center application records become eligible for scheduled deletion after 730 days from submission. The daily cleanup processes eligible records in batches. If a dealer relationship is formed, records needed for that relationship or required by law may be kept separately under the applicable agreement.
Ordinary project inquiries received through our published email address or external messaging channels are not automatically stored in the WordPress Dealer Applications list. If an inquiry does not lead to a contract, SEER POWER manually reviews the correspondence when the inquiry closes and no later than 12 months after the last substantive exchange. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. Active projects, contracts, disputes and legally required records may be kept longer where justified.
Website access and security logs, Google Analytics data and hosting backups follow their separate technical, provider and applicable legal lifecycles; the inquiry review period does not set their deletion dates.
As checked on September 27, 2026, this site’s Google Analytics property is set to retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months; the user-identifier period resets with new user activity. These settings do not affect most standard aggregated reports or the separate Dealer application records in WordPress.
10
Security
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not send identity documents, financial account details, passwords or other sensitive information through a general inquiry form.
If you believe information you sent through the website has been exposed or misused, contact partners@seerpower.com so we can review the concern.
11
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and circumstances, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, receive certain information in a portable format, or ask how personal information has been used or disclosed. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
A request may require reasonable verification. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it, such as records needed for an existing contract, legal obligation, security investigation or legal claim.
You can opt out of marketing by using the unsubscribe method in the message or the privacy contact. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary communications about an inquiry, application, order or support request.
12
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through a project inquiry or dealer application. If SEER POWER learns that it has collected a child's personal information without the authorization required by law, it will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address that information.
13
Third-party websites
This website may link to websites operated by engine manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, social networks or other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing personal information to them.
14
Changes to this policy
The current effective date will appear at the top of the published page. Material changes will be identified in an appropriate way, and additional notice or consent will be provided when required by law.
15
Contact and privacy requests
Send questions or requests to access, correct or delete personal information to partners@seerpower.com. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify a request before acting on it.
